The signature event of the i4C weekend, the Cool Chardonnay World Tour showcases the world’s best Chardonnay and Ontario’s best cuisine. Chef Paul Harber (Ravine Vineyard) and Chef Craig Youdale (Canadian Food & Wine Institute at Niagara College) and their dream team of region’s top Vineyard Chefs will rise to the occasion, creating the ultimate Al Fresco Feast to showcase a world tour of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Gamay.
New for i4C 2017, Brunch on the Bench is an elegant finale to i4C weekend. Hosted at the exquisite Redstone Winery, enjoy a 3-course plated brunch served with specially selected international Chardonnay pairings. After your meal, sample Ontario Rosé on the fabulous patio overlooking the vineyard.
The Niagara College Residence is being transformed into Chardonnay Camp – a home for winemakers, event staff and Chardonnay enthusiasts. The rec room will show wine-themed movies and have a special tuck shop available all weekend.The Niagara College Residence features 2-bedroom suites with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Can sleep up to 4 adults.
