Brunch on the Bench – NEW for 2017!

With the ever-popular Moveable Feast Brunch at Ravine Vineyards selling out consistently year after year at i4C, our goal for 2017 was to find a way to accomodate more guests for our Sunday event. But with Ravine already at capacity, a creative solution was required. Enter Redstone!

The new Redstone Winery in Beamsville joined our i4C association in 2016 and the restaurant’s Chef David Sider immediately stepped up to join the Vineyard Chefs, creating a course for last year’s Cool Chardonnay World Tour Dinner. Chef Sider will again bring his talents to this year’s Dinner, and now to Sunday Brunch too!

To create a distinctly different Sunday offering, Chef David Sider and his team at the Restaurant at Redstone will offer an elegant sit-down brunch (two sittings) in three courses, each paired with cool Chardonnay from home and away. Following lunch, a selection of Ontario Rosés will be offered for sampling on the beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyard.
