“I was in Niagara-on-the-Lake for i4C, the International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration. The annual three-day conference is for both wine consumers and the wine trade, and it’s chock-full of seminars, tastings, dinners, and more. Should you find yourself in the neighbourhood next July, I’d recommend pencilling it in on your calendar.”

“An incredulous reaction is usually what follows.”
