Immerse yourself in the incredible range of styles our Winemaker has created from the chardonnay grape. In this specialty tasting you will experience five tastings including our Blanc de Blanc sparkling, our crisp and bright Unoaked Chardonnay, the Gold-Medal winning Barrel-Fermented Chardonnay, our small-lot specialty Chardonnay, and a sample of our back vintage Chardonnay. You will leave with an understanding of how our Niagara Chardonnay earned such a prestigious medal at the international competition, Chardonnay-du-Monde and an appreciation for this incredible varietal!
