Celebrate the i4C, International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration in Niagara Wine Country with a 3-course lunch at Trius Winery and Restaurant prepared by Chef Frank Dodd and his culinary team.
You’ll be seated in the sunny Vineyard Pavilion at Trius Winery overlooking our own vineyard and greeted with a glass of Trius Brut and kitchen snacks. Each course will be served with a custom i4C Chardonnay pairing and a member of our winemaking team will be in attendance to speak to each wine. The afternoon will conclude with coffee and tea service.
Guests will be seated at round tables of 8 with different households.
